What is needed for a successfull Industry 4.0 implementation?

There is a lot of buzz around Industry 4.0 and uncertainty about how to implement it. First of all a monetizable business case is required, and second a commited multidisciplinary team that includes professionals from the Manufacturer itself, startups, trusted advisors, Universities and regulations from the government.
